📌It is only right to expect that all teachers would strive to be excellent, effective educators. But then, just like in any other profession, there are those who work extremely hard at their jobs and improve on a daily basis and there are those that are just simply there never making efforts to get better. These few individuals (knowingly or unknowingly) have chosen to become ineffective as teachers.

📌How do you know an ineffective teacher?

👩‍🏫The ineffective teacher is usually nowhere in sight when students arrive.

👩‍🏫The ineffective teacher reshuffles the whole class after everyone has found a seat.

👩‍🏫The ineffective teacher grumbles about all the administrative details that must be done before class can begin or after class ends.

👩‍🏫The ineffective teacher does not know the content well enough to teach it.

👩‍🏫The ineffective teacher lacks professionalism and has a poor sense of judgement.

👉🏾Why would anyone even want to be an ineffective teacher?
